On Friday, 3/27 our DHS Math team competed at the District 13 3-A UIL meet at Region 8.
In Number Sense:
1st Mason Marsh Spence, 2nd Madeline Contreras, 3rd Mattie Phillips, 5th Keylan Miller. They took 1st place as a team.
In Calculator Applications:
1st Mattie Phillips, 2nd Madeline Contreras, 3rd Mason Marsh Spence, 5th Emilio Simon, 6th Keylan Miller, 7th Guadalupe Rodman. Mattie, Madeline, and Mason took 1st place as a team.
In Mathematics:
1st Madeline Contreras, 5th Mattie Phillips, 6th Mason Marsh Spence. These 3 students placed first as a team.
In Science:
Emilio Simon got first in Physics. Guadalupe Rodman placed 5th in Science.
Guadalupe, Mattie Phillips, and Keylan Miller took 3rd place as a team.
