Welcome to Daingerfield High School!! As the principal of Daingerfield High School, it is our pleasure to welcome you to the 2023-2024 school year. We are all excited for the new school year. It is our mission to empower students with the creative, intellectual, and decision-making skills necessary for them to become academically, socially, physically, and emotionally successful. We look forward to partnering with you to achieve this. When we are ALL IN we ALL WIN!! We know each student is an individual who brings unique talents and needs to school every day. We pride ourselves on the opportunities that we have available to help each and every student succeed. These opportunities are included in our academic programming, which ensures each student is challenged appropriately while building a foundation of knowledge and skills. Families and community members play a critical role as partners in supporting both your students at home, work, and in the schools. We look forward to working with you throughout the year to make important decisions that affect both your child as an individual and the school as a whole. Increasing Parent involvement in our school is a high priority for us in the coming year. Educational research clearly demonstrates that when parents are more involved in their child’s education the likelihood for academic success greatly increases. Whether you are a classroom volunteer, booster club member, or a special event participant you are encouraged to be involved! Daingerfield is a wonderful learning community. We feel so privileged to be a part of it. This is a very special place and we appreciate the trust you have shown in us by sending your children here every day.
