The Daingerfield Tigers will play the West Rusk Raiders Friday night at 7:30 pm at Jack Murphy Stadium in Gladewater. We are the visiting team. The gates open at 6:00 pm. Tickets are $6 for adults and $3 for students.

New "A" & "A/B" Honor Roll Policy

Holocaust Museum Field Trip

Outstanding Achievements

Please join me in congratulating Malcolm Galland & Candace Belk for outstanding
achievements at two separate events this past weekend.

Malcolm auditioned for the All-Region Choir this past weekend at Pine Tree. Not only did
Malcolm earn a spot in the Region Choir, but he posted the third best score in the Second
Bass section. What's even more incredible is that most other students came from schools
that have choir programs, and were receiving daily coaching. Malcolm's achievement is
completely independent.

Candace Belk led the Daingerfield High School Band as the field commander at the Four
States Invitational Marching Contest in Texarkana, this past weekend. Although the band
did not get the rating they hoped for, Candace Belk did receive a First Division Trophy
as a Superior Drum Major.

We are very proud of both Malcolm and Candace. I encourage you to congratulate them as
you see them around the school or community.
